Minor Incident Reporting

If anyone is injured and needs medical attention, either from emergency services or from other members or third parties, these must be reported through the Cycling UK Incident report below, and copied to PBB.

It is essential we keep note of any Incidents which may occur on a Ride 

Please fill in the PBB form linked immediately below

'Minor' incident examples:

• A single rider falling but appearing to be unhurt, 

• A Road Rage incident, 

• Unacceptable rider behaviour,

• A Significant 'Near miss'
